If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help…

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.   

Please email detailing the reason for return.

Once we respond to your email with details of the return address, please return the goods, in its original packaging and retain proof of postage. 

Please note that only in instances where Colour Is Sound is at fault, are postage costs, when returning an item, refundable.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

Please note: Colour Is Sound does not accept returns on products that have been, washed, used or damaged in any way, by the purchaser. 

Please recognise this policy before returning your purchase; this policy is without exception. 


Once we receive your item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Most likely your return will be approved, and we will either send you a new item or process a refund via PayPal to your credit/debit card (original method of payment), depending on your preference.


Please note: Sale items are not available for a refund.


If you wish to exchange, please return the item for exchange with details of the new item you would like and we will send out your new item  as soon as possible.  


  • You will be responsible for paying your own postage costs when 

   returning an item you have ordered in error

  • Please retain proof of postage when returning goods
  • Postage costs are non-refundable
